The path of food has changed form in the last ten years in American Culture. From Low Carb to No Carb diets, Fast food chains soaring beyond comprehension. What is wrong, what is right. Only one’s self is to blame.

Ingredients! The soul behind any eventful outcome. Whether it be an auto technician, teacher, field worker, or a normal guy turned into a pizza maker. “Trust the baker for he/she knows the recipe by heart.”

But, we find it true in today’s society. You eat, why, because it is a necessity to survive in our habitat. The only question you have to ask yourself is what you’d like to consume. American’s are stumped… More restaurant’s than there are grocery stores. Cook at home, chew your meat, butter your biscuits. Grandma lived to be 83. How far do you want to go.

Simplify the Trans-fats, cut them out…
When things were natural in the past, life was simple.
Butter, was established when? Hell if I know but it’s still surviving and not killing folks today.
